Ordering

You MUST register to use this website before adding items into your basket. Otherwise the website will not give you any postage options. Registering is very simple, just enter your address details when registering and look out for the link which is emailed to you instantly. Remember to check your spam box! Once you have registered you can add items to your basket and be provided an accurate postage fee amongst other options. 

Once you have registered we never email you again, we never phone you and we never pass your details onto to 3rd party companies. The only communication from us thereafter is to provide you with tracking numbers.

Please check product details for availability as not all products are available for delivery. This is because the item is prohibited, unusually large or fragile.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. (In some instances we might use UPS because of overall parcel size/weight)

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped and the tracking number will also be added to your order via PayPal.

Royal Mail will also keep you up date via text to your mobile number if this is provided when you checkout.

Delivery time is usually within 1-2 working days

Free delivery option only applies to orders over £50.00.

Click & Collect In-Store

Your order will be available for collection within 1-2 hours of ordering from our Hardware Store in Garforth Main Street or our Builders Yard at Town End. This service is only available when first placing your order online & paying for in full it via the website. Please await a phone call or email before making your collection.

Collections can be made during the following opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.30pm

Saturday: 9.00am – 5:00pm

Sunday: Closed
